Wild Rose Physio is an out-of-network cash based physical therapy practice. You will pay for your visit at time of service, and you will be provided with a superbill including procedure and diagnosis codes. You may submit the superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement.

No referral is needed, but if you have a referral and/or medical records please feel free to fax them to (208) 242-4018. Collaboration with your healthcare team is welcomed and appreciated.

Unfortunately, Medicare and Medicaid restrict your right to pay cash for physical therapy services. Unfortunately, you can not schedule with Wild Rose. While everyone agrees that this is a vast overreach and hurts small businesses, there is no path forward for cash based clinics at this time. I encourage you to read below and support the American Physical Therapy Association’s efforts to fight for physical therapist’s rights to treat Medicare and Medicaid patients.

Initial evaluations are scheduled for 90 minutes and cost $150. Follow up visits are scheduled for 60 minutes and cost $100.

Your first visit will be scheduled for 90 minutes, ensuring that we have time for a complete history, exam, and treatment on the first day. Plan to come as you are- and feel free to bring a partner if you want extra support. Children are welcome; a cozy nook with books and toys is waiting just for them.
