Lauren Jentges, PT, DPT
Originally from Kirkland, Washington, Lauren graduated from Washington State University in 2009 with her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. She then enjoyed four years of beautiful Colorado sunshine and ski slopes while pursuing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Regis University in Denver. While the front range of Colorado will always have a piece of her heart, the Palouse ultimately felt like the best place to nest. She enjoys spending time with her two lovely (read: feral) young children, horses, dogs, and husband on their ranch outside Moscow, ID.
Lauren has a passion for balancing evidence-based physical therapy with a tailor made treatment approach for each patient’s unique life circumstances. She enjoys collaborating with other providers of all backgrounds, and works hard to create a cohesive care experience for patients on the Palouse. She uses a hybrid manual therapy and exercise-based approach to help her patients achieve their fullest level of function. Assisting her patients in navigating the complex bio/psycho/social/emotional jungle gym of complex pain conditions is her favorite clinical pursuit. She spends too much money on books, can’t live without coffee, and can often be found irresponsibly galloping the rolling hills of the Palouse on her best horse instead of doing housework.
